These Terms of Use concern the corporate website at www.webcincture.com, provided by Web Cincture Private Limited. They explain permitted website use, informational content and the boundaries around enquiries and submissions.

A conversation is not a confirmed scope
Submitting a form does not start a paid project
A project enquiry, email, WhatsApp message or request for a conversation does not by itself confirm acceptance of work, reserve delivery capacity, fix a price or create a delivery commitment. Relevant commercial terms must be agreed separately by authorised parties.
A project proposal or agreement should establish the requirements, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, milestones, client inputs, acceptance process, fees and payment arrangements. Changes, support, cancellation and any refund entitlement should be addressed in the applicable agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
This page does not introduce a universal deposit, payment schedule, refund rule, warranty period or maintenance entitlement. Do not infer such terms from a general service description, illustrative timeline or marketing statement.
Where an engagement involves app stores, hosting, messaging, maps, payment gateways, AI providers or other external services, identify account ownership, access, fees and dependencies in the project scope. Third-party approvals and service availability are not fully within our control; responsibility for configuration and coordination should be agreed.
04 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website materials and project ownership are different
Unless stated otherwise, original website text, design, branding and materials are owned by or licensed to Web Cincture. Third-party names, marks, software and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. Displaying a provider’s name or technology does not by itself imply endorsement or a partnership.
You may access and read this website for its intended informational purpose. Commercial reuse, redistribution, impersonation using our branding or republishing substantial protected materials requires the relevant permission, except where applicable law permits the use. The Careers page may describe contribution areas or specific opportunities. A contribution area is not a confirmed vacancy unless identified as such. Sending a CV or completing the application form does not guarantee a response, interview, assessment, employment or a particular assignment.
Applicants should provide accurate information and only portfolio examples they are authorised to disclose. Remove credentials, private source code and confidential records. CV and contact information handling is explained in the Privacy Policy and the application form.
Role requirements, employment type, compensation, work arrangements and joining terms require a separate, explicit discussion and any applicable written offer or agreement. They are not established by these website terms.
